The Chamber is governed by a Board of Directors elected in accordance with the Bylaws.
Composition
How the Board is constituted
- The Board consists of an odd number of Directors.
- Not fewer than 7 and not more than 21 Directors.
- Directors serve two-year terms.
- Terms are staggered.
- Maximum of three consecutive full terms, subject to the Bylaws.
- Board meetings occur at least four times per year.
