A3C Bylaws

The Bylaws establish the Chamber's purposes, membership categories, governance structure and operating rules. The full text is published without modification to its legal meaning.

The Bylaws document is uploaded and published by Chamber administrators.

Board composition

  • The Board consists of an odd number of Directors.
  • Not fewer than 7 and not more than 21 Directors.
  • Directors serve two-year terms.
  • Terms are staggered.
  • Maximum of three consecutive full terms, subject to the Bylaws.
  • Board meetings occur at least four times per year.
